These Store Service Terms govern:

Using the Store

You must have the legal capacity and any authorization required to use the store and make a purchase.

When placing an order or using store services, you agree to provide accurate and reasonably complete:

If a customer account is available, you are responsible for taking reasonable steps to protect its login credentials.

Drinkware Use and Care

Use each drinkware product according to the instructions and specifications provided for that particular item.

Do not assume that every product, material, decorative finish or accessory is suitable for:

  • Boiling liquids

  • Sudden temperature changes

  • Microwave use

  • Dishwasher use

  • Freezer use

  • Carbonated beverages

  • Long-term storage of particular liquids

Suitability can vary between products.

Review the relevant product page and accompanying instructions before use. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about materials, temperature suitability, cleaning or intended use.

Order Submission and Acceptance

Placing an order submits an offer to purchase the selected products under the applicable store terms and policies.

An automated order receipt or confirmation of submission acknowledges that we have received the order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted for fulfillment.

Order acceptance may remain subject to:

  • Successful payment authorization

  • Inventory availability

  • Verification of delivery information

  • Reasonable fraud-prevention review

  • Other checks reasonably necessary to fulfill the order

If a paid order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

You may unsubscribe from eligible promotional messages without preventing necessary communications concerning an existing order, payment, delivery, return, refund or account-security matter.

Processing and Delivery

Standard order processing takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

During holidays or major promotions, processing may take up to 6 business days.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Transit estimates, destination availability, tracking information, customs considerations and delivery procedures are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is submitted.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless a specific commitment has been expressly confirmed in writing.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible standard voluntary returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery.

For standard authorized returns:

  • The item must meet the applicable eligibility conditions.

  • Return instructions must be followed.

  • The correct return destination will be provided.

  • The returned item may be inspected before approval.

Approved standard refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to any shorter deadline required by law.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Incomplete

  • Materially different from its description

Where the issue is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Repair where appropriate

  • Another legally required resolution

Voluntary return conditions do not remove statutory rights relating to defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will review the fulfillment status and confirm the options that remain available.

A requested change or cancellation may no longer be possible after:

  • Order preparation has progressed

  • A shipping label has been finalized

  • The parcel has been transferred to a fulfillment partner

  • Dispatch has occurred

We do not impose a standard cancellation or restocking fee.

If we confirm a full pre-dispatch cancellation, the amount collected for the cancelled order, including its shipping charge, will be refunded.

If dispatch cannot be stopped, applicable return or statutory withdrawal options may still be available.

Statutory withdrawal rights are independent of whether we can physically stop a parcel before dispatch.

Website Availability and Interruptions

Website access may occasionally be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance

  • Technical updates

  • Network problems

  • Hosting interruptions

  • Payment-provider interruptions

  • Security incidents

  • Events outside reasonable operational control

We will take reasonable steps to address problems within our control.

A temporary interruption does not exclude:

  • Statutory product guarantees

  • Valid rights arising from an accepted order

  • Our responsibility where applicable law does not permit an exclusion

We do not require customers to waive mandatory consumer protections merely by browsing the website or placing an order.

The store may rely on independent providers for services such as:

  • Shipping and delivery

  • Fraud prevention

  • Analytics

  • Customer-support infrastructure

When you interact directly with an independent service, that provider may apply its own terms and privacy notice.

Our use of a third-party provider does not remove obligations that applicable law places directly on us as the seller or store operator.

Acceptable Use

  • Willful misconduct

  • Personal injury caused by legally actionable negligence

  • Mandatory consumer guarantees

  • Other legally protected claims

Nothing in these terms requires you to waive a mandatory consumer right.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to the extent applicable to the store operator.

This governing-law provision does not exclude mandatory consumer protections or jurisdictional rights available under the law of your place of residence.

Where a mandatory local law applies, that law takes priority over inconsistent wording in these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms prospectively to reflect changes in:

The Last Updated date at the top identifies the current version.

A revision will not retrospectively remove rights arising from a completed purchase.

The remaining provisions will continue to apply where lawful.
