FDTKJO™ is owned and operated by Zhengzhou Meike Da Technology Co., Ltd. Owner: Luo Nana. Customer support: service@fdtkjo.com. Telephone: +86 13086985641. Business Address: No. 5, Hanghai East Road, Guancheng Hui Ethnic District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.

Payment options Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. They may vary by delivery location, device, transaction currency and payment-provider eligibility. Please select one of the methods actually offered for your order.

If a wallet or external payment service is available, follow its authentication steps and return to the store when prompted. Do not send payment directly to a personal account or provide card details by email.

Currency and order total Review the transaction currency and final total before authorizing payment. The checkout summary identifies the product amount, applicable discounts, shipping charges and taxes collected through the store.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout for the selected destination and shipping option. Import duties or clearance charges that are not collected at checkout may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier, as explained in Delivery & Shipping.

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may set the exchange rate and charge a conversion or foreign transaction fee. Such charges are separate from the amount collected by our store.

Payment authorization Use a payment method you are authorized to use and enter the billing details accurately. An order may require payment verification, inventory checks or reasonable fraud-prevention review before acceptance and fulfillment.

If a payment fails, check the billing information and contact your issuer where appropriate. Before attempting payment again after an uncertain result, check for an order confirmation or an existing charge to help avoid duplicate orders.

Payment information and account safety Payment details are handled through the services offered at checkout. We may receive transaction references, payment status and limited payment information needed for order support. Never email complete card numbers, security codes or banking credentials to our team.

We do not promise that any online payment process is entirely free of risk. If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, contact your payment provider promptly and notify us with the relevant order or transaction reference.

Refunds and cancellations Approved standard return refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Where we confirm a full pre-dispatch cancellation, we refund the amount collected for the cancelled order, including its shipping charge.

Your bank or provider may require additional time to show an issued refund. Contact us if a refund has not appeared within the period advised by your provider.

FDTKJO™ is owned and operated by Zhengzhou Meike Da Technology Co., Ltd. Owner: Luo Nana. Customer support: service@fdtkjo.com. Telephone: +86 13086985641. Business Address: No. 5, Hanghai East Road, Guancheng Hui Ethnic District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.

Before dispatch Standard order processing takes 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. This period covers order review, preparation and packing before dispatch. During holidays or major promotions, processing may take up to 6 business days. If a further material delay occurs, we will contact you with the available options.

Processing and transit are separate. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. Carrier schedules and holidays in dispatch or destination countries may also affect transit.

Estimated transit after dispatch - United States: 8–14 business days. - Canada: 10–16 business days. - United Kingdom: 10–16 business days. - Australia: 10–16 business days. - Other supported international destinations: 14–21 business days.

These are estimates for carrier transit after dispatch, not guaranteed arrival dates or processing-inclusive delivery promises. Destination availability is determined at checkout. We do not promise delivery to every country or address. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date.

Delivery charges Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout for your destination and selected delivery option before payment. Where a shipping promotion applies, its conditions and the resulting charge must be shown before you submit your order.

Review the final shipping amount and transaction currency before paying. We do not apply a universal flat rate or publish a store-wide free-shipping threshold in this policy.

Dispatch locations and separate parcels Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities according to stock and destination. Products may travel internationally. Our registered business address does not mean every parcel is dispatched from that location or from a warehouse in your country.

Items in the same order may be dispatched separately and arrive on different dates. Available tracking details identify each shipment. If part of your order appears missing, contact us so we can check all expected parcels.

Tracking updates After dispatch, we send shipment information to the email address used for your order. Initial carrier updates may take 1–3 business days to appear. Some routes show fewer scans while parcels move between facilities or countries.

If you cannot find a dispatch email, check your spam folder and contact service@fdtkjo.com with your order number. A tracking link is not proof that an unresolved delivery problem has been addressed.

Import charges and customs For international orders, taxes collected by the store are shown at checkout. Unless explicitly included or prepaid, destination-country customs duties, import taxes or carrier clearance charges may be payable by the recipient where permitted by law. These charges are determined by the relevant authority or carrier and may differ by destination and order value.

We do not promise that such charges are negligible or absent. Customs processing can affect transit. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about the delivery or tax arrangement offered for your destination.

Delays, loss and delivered scans If tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel has passed its estimated delivery window, contact us. We will review the shipment and coordinate an investigation or appropriate resolution with the delivery provider.

If tracking says delivered but you have not received the parcel, check reasonable nearby delivery locations and contact us with the details. A delivered scan alone does not automatically end our investigation or remove your rights. If a parcel is lost or delivery has not been completed as required, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy according to the circumstances and applicable law.

We do not transfer all delivery responsibility to you merely because a parcel has been handed to a carrier. Where the law entitles you to cancel for non-delivery or a material delay, that right remains available.

Incorrect addresses and failed delivery Review your address before completing checkout. If you notice an error, contact us promptly. We will check whether it can be corrected before dispatch, but changes may no longer be possible once fulfillment has progressed.

If a parcel is returned because of an address error, refusal, collection failure or another delivery issue, we will explain the available refund or reshipment options. Any lawful additional charge must reflect the circumstances and be explained before a new shipment is authorized. A delivery failure does not automatically justify retaining every amount paid.

Damage in transit Fragile items should be checked when reasonably possible after delivery. If a glass or ceramic cup arrives broken, do not use it. Contact us with your order number and available photographs; we will handle the matter under Returns & Refunds without charging you to remedy a confirmed delivery-related product problem.

FDTKJO™ is owned and operated by Zhengzhou Meike Da Technology Co., Ltd. Owner: Luo Nana. Customer support: service@fdtkjo.com. Telephone: +86 13086985641. Business Address: No. 5, Hanghai East Road, Guancheng Hui Ethnic District, Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, China.

Your standard 30-day return window For an eligible change-of-mind return, contact service@fdtkjo.com within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, complete and in its original condition, with original protective packaging where reasonably available. Provide proof of purchase or enough information for us to identify your order.

Please handle drinkware carefully while deciding whether to keep it. Customer-caused chips, cracks, alterations or other damage may affect eligibility for a voluntary change-of-mind return. These conditions do not remove rights relating to a defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed item, or override statutory withdrawal rights.

Start with a return request Email your order number, the product you wish to return and a short explanation. For an ordinary voluntary return, this helps us assess eligibility. A reason is not required when you exercise a statutory withdrawal right that does not require one.

We will provide the appropriate return destination, instructions and any necessary authorization reference. Please do not automatically send goods to our business address. The return location may differ from that address and may be outside your country; we will identify the destination before you arrange shipment.

Return authorization coordinates the parcel and does not allow us to reject a valid statutory withdrawal at our discretion. An unsolicited parcel sent to the wrong location may be delayed or difficult to identify; contact us so we can help trace it. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.

Who pays the return cost? For an eligible standard change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct return shipping cost unless an applicable law or written offer provides otherwise. We do not impose a standard restocking or cancellation fee. For a voluntary change-of-mind return, the original delivery charge is not refunded unless required by law or stated in the offer.

For an item that arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, repair where suitable, or other legally required remedy at no additional cost to you. If we require the item back for that remedy, we cover the necessary return shipping or arrange collection. Do not purchase a return label for a product problem before discussing the arrangements with us.

Broken, missing or incorrect items Check your order when reasonably possible after delivery. If a cup is broken, do not use it or handle sharp fragments. Send us your order number, an explanation and available photographs of the product and protective packaging. We may discuss another reasonable way to establish the issue if photographs are unavailable.

Report problems promptly so we can investigate, but there is no arbitrary 72-hour cutoff that extinguishes statutory rights. A missing item may be in a separate shipment; we will check the remaining parcels before deciding the appropriate remedy.

Packing and returning your item Use protective packing appropriate for fragile drinkware and follow the supplied return instructions. Keep proof of postage and tracking where available. Tell us if the proposed return arrangement is impractical so we can discuss the situation. Responsibility for damage or loss during a return is assessed according to the circumstances and applicable law rather than automatically assigned to the customer.

Refund method and timing For standard authorized returns, we inspect the returned item and communicate the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection. If a deduction is lawful and justified, we explain its basis; we do not automatically apply a restocking deduction.

Payment providers may require additional time to display an issued credit. Contact us if the refund is missing after the expected provider processing period. Any shorter statutory refund deadline takes priority over our standard procedure.

Exchanges and cancelled orders If you prefer another available design, contact us about returning the original item and placing a new order. Do not assume replacement stock is reserved. Statutory replacement rights for faulty goods are not replaced by this change-of-mind exchange process.

For a pre-dispatch cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether fulfillment can be stopped. If we confirm a full cancellation, we refund the full amount collected for the cancelled order, including its delivery charge. If dispatch cannot be stopped, return or withdrawal options may still apply.

Personalised items and promotional purchases If we offer a genuinely customised or personalised item, any lawful change-of-mind restriction will be disclosed before purchase. A discounted price alone does not automatically remove return eligibility or statutory rights. Exceptions never excuse supplying a defective or incorrect product.

Statutory withdrawal and other consumer rights Where applicable EU or UK distance-selling rules apply, you generally have 14 calendar days after receiving eligible goods to notify us of withdrawal without giving a reason, subject to lawful exceptions. You may send a clear statement by email or post using the contact details above. Use the online withdrawal function as well where one is provided or required.

You must then return the goods within the applicable legal period, generally 14 days after notifying us. Reasonable inspection needed to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning does not automatically invalidate this right. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond that permitted inspection, where the law allows.

For a valid statutory withdrawal of the entire order, the refund includes the least expensive standard outbound delivery offered for that order; an optional premium delivery upgrade need not be reimbursed. Refunds are made within the legally required period, generally 14 calendar days after notification, although we may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or evidence of return is supplied, whichever occurs first, where permitted. You bear direct return costs only where lawfully disclosed and permitted.

Our voluntary 30-day policy adds to, and does not replace, statutory rights. Any mandatory longer protection, shorter refund deadline or more favorable remedy applies.

Scope and operator These Store Service Terms govern access to the FDTKJO™ store, checkout and related customer services supplied by Zhengzhou Meike Da Technology Co., Ltd. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean that company. The business and contact information at the top forms part of these terms.

Shopping & Purchase Conditions describe the order contract in more detail. Website Use Guidelines address site conduct and content. Delivery & Shipping, Returns & Refunds, Payment & Checkout and the Privacy Notice explain their respective subjects. Mandatory law takes priority over any inconsistent wording.

Using the store You must have the legal capacity and any required authorization to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. If an account is available, protect its credentials and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, unlawful activity or a security threat. Such action does not erase a legitimate customer's existing refund, delivery or other contractual rights.

Product information and care Review the product description, available options, measurements and care information before purchase. Screen settings and lighting may change appearance, but they do not excuse a product that is materially different from its description.

Use drinkware according to the instructions for that specific item. Do not assume that all materials or decorative finishes tolerate boiling liquids, sudden temperature changes, microwaves or dishwashers. A request for clarification is welcome before purchase.

Service communications Order confirmations, shipment updates, return instructions and other necessary communications may be sent electronically to the details you provide. Promotional messages are handled separately according to applicable privacy and marketing requirements.

An automated order receipt acknowledges submission. Our acceptance process is described in Shopping & Purchase Conditions. If a paid order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will notify you and refund the affected amount.

Help with delivery and product issues Standard processing is 2–5 business days after payment confirmation, or up to 6 business days during holidays or major promotions. Transit estimates and destination availability are set out in Delivery & Shipping. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before payment.

Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved standard refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection, subject to shorter legal deadlines. Damaged, defective, incorrect and materially misdescribed items receive an appropriate remedy at no additional cost to the customer.

For a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We will review fulfillment status and confirm the available options. We do not impose a standard cancellation or restocking fee. Statutory withdrawal rights are independent of whether we can physically stop dispatch.

Website interruptions and third-party services Maintenance, network issues or service-provider interruptions may temporarily affect the store. We will take reasonable steps to address issues within our control. Payment providers and external services may apply their own terms when you interact directly with them.

No availability statement excludes statutory product guarantees or our responsibility where the law does not permit an exclusion. We do not require customers to waive consumer protections simply by browsing or ordering.

Responsibility and disputes Any limitation of liability applies only to the extent legally permitted. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or remedies for defective goods, non-delivery, fraud or other protected claims.

Contact service@fdtkjo.com to raise a concern. Include your order number and the outcome you are seeking. Contacting support does not waive access to a payment dispute process, regulator, court or other remedy available by law.

Applicable law and updates These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China to the extent applicable to the operator, without excluding mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights available in your place of residence.

We may revise these terms prospectively. A change will not retrospectively remove rights arising from a completed purchase. If part of the terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply where lawful.
